Waypoint Property Inspections offers Health and Safety Inspections to our clients.

• Check your air conditioning filter and change it if necessary (owner supplies filter)
• Change smoke detector batteries to ensure the the units are working properly.
• Check all drains under kitchen and bathroom sinks to ensure that there are no leaks.
• Check Self Closing Device on the interior garage door to and make necessary adjustments

• Check Hydraulic Closers on exterior screen doors.
